1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GIBA website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Membership Terms
GIBA membership is granted on an annual basis and is subject to approval by the membership committee. Membership fees are non-refundable once the application has been approved. Members must comply with the GIBA Code of Conduct.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the GIBA website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GIBA or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The GIBA logo and RECAP brand marks may not be used without written permission.
4. Event Participation
Registration for GIBA events constitutes agreement to our event terms, including photography/videography consent for promotional purposes. Event cancellation and refund policies are communicated at the time of registration.
5. Limitation of Liability
GIBA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or participation in events. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the member in the current membership year.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Goa, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panaji, Goa.
